On an evening out, Johann explained his dream of a place that connects people to Christoph and Max. A place that lets you escape from everyday life. A place inspired by our shared love of good food and wine, our travels around the world and the unique gastronomies we get to experience.
This is how our friendship turned into a passionate business. We founded pinot. in 2022 with a concept to enrich Hamburg's gastronomy scene and a vision that goes far beyond a single restaurant.

By now we are proud to have built that strong team, which is in constant development. With a network of culinary talents, chefs, artists and designers we develop bespoke experiences for like-minded people who share our desire and passion.
We create experiences and caterings for top luxury, design and art clients. Our events evoke emotions, bring people together and bridge brands and communities. Soon we will open our first restaurant project. This is only just the start for pinot.
